King Avocado (UEN 53528764W) is a home based business in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you enquire with us, how we use it and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
We only collect what we need to quote for and fulfil an order:
- Your name and company or organisation.
- Contact details you give us, email address and phone number if you reach us on WhatsApp.
- Order details, event date, headcount, flavour preferences, delivery address and anything you write in the message field.
Our enquiry form submits your request to our secure server for email delivery. If our email delivery service is not configured, the form falls back to opening your own email application. This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To prepare a quotation and respond to your enquiry.
- To arrange, prepare and deliver your order.
- To issue invoices and keep the business records we are required to keep.
We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with our delivery partner so your order reaches you, and with our email and payment providers as part of ordinary business operations. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records tied to completed orders and invoices are kept for as long as Singapore tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@kingavocado.sg and we will respond within a reasonable time.
