These terms apply to orders placed with King Avocado (UEN 53528764W), a home based business in Singapore. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

• Minimum order is 5 cups (420ml each).
• We need at least 3 working days notice before your event or delivery date.
• Enquiries made through this website are requests, not confirmed orders. An order is confirmed only once we have issued a quotation and you have accepted it in writing.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are quoted per 420ml cup and are tiered by quantity. Orders of 50 cups or more are quoted individually.
• The price in your written quotation is the price that applies to that order.
• Payment terms are stated on your invoice. We reserve the right to require payment before delivery for first time orders.

Delivery

• We deliver islandwide in Singapore. Delivery fees, if any, are stated in your quotation.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed address and time slot. If we cannot deliver because no one is available, redelivery may be chargeable.
• Delivery times are our best estimate. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or other events outside our control.

Changes and cancellations

• Changes to headcount, flavours or delivery details are subject to availability and must reach us at least 3 working days before the delivery date.
• Cancellations made less than 3 working days before delivery may be charged in full, as ingredients will already have been bought and prepared.

Freshness and food safety

• Our drinks are freshly blended with no preservatives. Keep them chilled and consume within 4 hours of delivery, or the same day if refrigerated.
• Our drinks contain avocado and dairy. Please tell us about allergies when ordering. We prepare in a kitchen that also handles nuts and dairy, so we cannot guarantee an allergen free product.
• If there is a problem with your order, contact us on the day of delivery with photos so we can put it right.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
